Our Returns Policy
At Waldo, we want to make your life as easy as possible. That’s the same with our returns. If you find something has gone wrong, please feel free to contact us directly within 30 days of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of contacts, please be aware that we are unable to refund or replace boxes that have already been opened or used. All our details and addresses can be found at the bottom of this page.
I’ve ordered the wrong prescription?
As long as the box has not been open or used, we’d be happy to exchange the lenses you have received for your correct prescription. Just contact us to let us know and return the lenses you have received to our return address, along with your name and order number.
I didn’t want to renew my subscription?
No problem! Just return the lenses you have received with your name and order number to our return address.
Make sure not to open or use the lenses you have received or we will not be able to refund you. Also make sure to cancel your subscription to prevent it renewing in the future. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us directly.
My lenses have arrived damaged?
Sometimes an order doesn’t go as planned and we want to resolve damaged orders for you, quick and easy. We can then send a replacement to you in no time!
My lenses are faulty or have arrived damaged?
For the safety of your eye though, please do not wear any lenses that you believe are damaged or faulty until you have spoken to Waldo and your eye care professional. We take these issues very seriously so please contact us immediately to let us know and return the box in the condition you received it in to our return address. We will sort it out and send a replacement with no additional cost to you.
Please be assured that we have partnered with an internationally recognized and certified supplier. From our 'Super Fine Edge Design' which ensures maximum comfort and low friction to UV protection, we've worked hard to make sure our lenses are the very best quality.
